Trimming
The purpose of this guide is to provide detailed product information
and trimming instructions for True Temper shafts. Please remember the
following general rules when assembling your clubs:
butt trim shafts to finished length after tip trimming unless
specified.
Taper tip shafts should never
be tip trimmed because they are designed to discrete lengths. butt
trim taper tip shafts to finished length Tip trim according to head
type (refer to the appropriate chart below).
The finished club lengths listed are for reference only and should
not be considered "standard" lengths.
